Getting together at Happy Cafe

There’s no need to be lonely, thanks to the busy programme organised by the Now You’re Talking group.

It invites people to go along to the Happy Talk Cafe at the Muirfield Centre in Seafar to make new friends while enjoying the calm atmosphere, good food, arts and crafts, music and much more besides.

There’s also the opportunity to buy your fruit and veg on a Tuesday from the Cumbernauld Community Forum Co-op.

And there’s an open invitation to enjoy a 15 minute or 30 minute weekly health walk, followed by lunch in the cafe.
