Nicole’s video on mental health

A woman from Greenfaulds is enjoying a positive response to a video she made on coping with mental health issues.

22-year-old Nicole Cameron made a frank and honest video about living with panic disorder, anxiety and depression as she hopes to inspire others with similar issues that there is nothing “wrong” with them and encourage people to seek treatment.

Nicole, who now lives in Banknock with her boyfriend, said: “I have been amazed by the response this video has had since I posted it, three or four people have told me it has inspired them to go to their doctor.”
