Big Band opens Music in Lanark season tonight (Saturday)
The youthful 20-piece band formed four years ago and has wowed audiences at the Callander Blues & Jazz Festival and the Largs Viking Festival, to name but a few.
The band provides an entertaining, energetic take on a selection of jazz standards and a range of funk and soul material with everything from Average White Band, Aretha Franklin, Stevie Wonder, and Blues Brothers thrown in.
