MEMBERS OF Carluke Amateur Operatic Society (CAOS) are inviting the public to celebrate their 90th birthday – by enjoying The Sound of Music.

CAOS is toasting its 90th year of song and dance in the town by staging the timeless classic. Members last performed the musical back in 1991.

The Sound of Music will be staged from November 12 to 17 at Carluke Lifestyles Centre. Tickets are priced from £8 to £13 with a family of four discount available for the Saturday matinee of just £36.

John said: “To reach a 90th anniversary is a wonderful achievement and re-affirms the dedication made by all members over the years.”
