Carnwath Gala crowning ladies meet up
A TOTAL of 22 Carnwath Gala Day crowning ladies – including 2014 incumbent Lindsay Stuart – enjoyed a commemorative get together at The Robertson Arms Hotel on Thursday night.
The ladies savoured a delicious three-course meal and reminisced about their coveted time as crowning ladies when recounting the village’s biggest annual family occasion.
Dinner organiser Margaret McKinnell (60), Carnwath Gala crowning lady in 2009, has been running the annual gathering at the Robertson Arms since 2010.
