Clydesdale Riding for Disabled arena opens

YOU could not rein in the enthusiasm of volunteers at the Clydesdale Riding for the Disabled Association’s new outdoor riding arena.

The new facility, built at Stanmore Stables in Lanark, was officially opened by West and Central RDA regional chairwoman Kate Bennet who travelled from Helensburgh for the occasion.

Kate said that she hoped everyone would have fun and benefit from having both an indoor and outdoor school.
