Coalburn bands stage annual prize night
COALBURN Miners Welfare was packed to the rafters as the village’s Silver and Bronze Bands held their annual prize night.
The night was attended by 150 bandmates, supporters and their family members with Graeme Barclay, instrumental music co-ordinator for South Lanarkshire Council, on hand to present the awards.
Coalburn Bronze Band now boasts a membership of 45 children and young people.
