Flutes aplenty at Primrose concert this Saturday

MEMBERS of Carluke Primrose Orchestral Flutes are gearing up for their concert this Saturday at the town’s Lifestyles Centre.

Carluke Primrose will team up with Flutes Unlimited, who are based in Glasgow, for the special gig.

For members of both organisations, there will be a workshop and rehearsal from 2pm onwards with the concert starting at 7.30pm.

The concert marks the start of a busy few months for the orchestra as they look to defend their title at the Glasgow Music Festival in May and their Scottish Championship at Carluke later in the summer.

Tickets for the concert, this Saturday, February 15, are priced £5 and will be available at the door on the night.
