Cocktail of the week: Oni by Gōst

The stylish steak restaurant opened its doors to the public in March 2022, and is located in Glasgow’s city centre on 77 Bothwell Street, G2 6TS.

Head bartender Ewan Angus, shows an easy step-by-step guide on how to make one of their new cocktails - modern, fruity take on a negroni.

Ingredients

25ml Roku Gin

25ml Lillet Blanc

15ml Yuzushu

15ml peach purée

Method

Add in all ingredients to a stirring glass and mix well.

Pour into tumbler-style glass. Use a large ice cube or block to prevent friction and dilution - and this helps the drink remain chilled for longer.

Garnish with orange peel and Maraschino cherry. Enjoy!
