Head bartender Ewan Angus, shows an easy step-by-step guide on how to make one of their new cocktails - modern, fruity take on a negroni.
Ingredients
25ml Roku Gin
25ml Lillet Blanc
15ml Yuzushu
15ml peach purée
Method
Add in all ingredients to a stirring glass and mix well.

Hide AdPour into tumbler-style glass. Use a large ice cube or block to prevent friction and dilution - and this helps the drink remain chilled for longer.
Garnish with orange peel and Maraschino cherry. Enjoy!
