Silverburn Shopping Centre: Amazing new dining experience to open at Silverburn this weekend

Harrods Champagne Bar & Café will open at H beauty in Silverburn, Glasgow on Friday, September 25.

Breakfast is available until midday with a menu packed with favourites like velvety Burnt Orange Bircher Overnight Oats, made with Scottish oats, citrusy burnt oranges and a crunch of pistachio. Alongside artisan cruffins, featuring delicate, buttery laminated pastry packed with decadent handcrafted fillings.

Brunch is served until 3pm, with customers able to choose from dishes including Berry Bliss - a warm sweet waffle layered with rich tahini crème fraiche and white balsamic glazed strawberries – or the ultimate savoury bite, the Salon Stack, pairing a toasted sourdough crumpet topped with Scottish smoked salmon, dill cream cheese and perfectly poached eggs.

Diners can transition into relaxed afternoon snacking with highlights such as The Glasgow Grazing Board, a showcase of Isle of Mull cheddar, creamy crowdie, Scottish charcuterie, artisan chutney and honey roasted nuts. Seafood lovers can dive into Hot Smoked Salmon Rillette with capers, dill and red pepper crackers, or elevate their table with an Oyster Flight of three fresh Maldon Rock oysters alongside classic lemon, tabasco and classic vinaigrette.

For a more indulgent moment, the H beauty Afternoon Tea transforms classic high tea into an exquisite tasting experience, served alongside premium teas and freshly brewed coffee: Savoury delights: enjoy an elegant assortment of delicate finger sandwiches, a warm, golden-baked mushroom and spinach sausage roll and crisp savoury cones filled with rich smoked salmon and velvety crème fraiche.

Warm bakery: savour freshly baked, warm scones served with velvety clotted cream and an elevated strawberry champagne jam.

Sweet masterpieces: end on a showstopping high with a trio of handcrafted patisserie, featuring the vibrant Cherry and Apple Doughnut Delice, a striking Rhubarb and White chocolate Fondant and a decadent, classic Red Velvet Cake.
