New specialist Italian café opens in Glasgow West End neighbourhood

Dumbarton Road has a new Italian café as of last week as Caffe Crostini opened its doors to visitors.

Hide AdThe café sets itself apart from other spots in the city by specialising in crostinis - a type of Italian appetiser of toasted bread with toppings like cheese, meat, veg, herbs, and condiments.
Glaswegians can expect a main, breakfast, and takeaway menu - menu items include salads, desserts, breakfast pancakes, paninis, bruschetta, coffee, and much more. The grand opening of the restaurant is today - October 21, Monday - following their soft launch last week. Any one that stops by benefits from 50% off all crostinis and coffee on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

The new cafe is part of the Amore Group, ran by the same Italian-Glaswegian family in the city for generations. Café Crostini marks their latest venture, now in Partick on 143 Dumbarton Road.
