The overall winning shot will also be featured on the front page of our 2014 calendar which will go on sale to the general public soon.

We won’t be revealing who that is until next week – as we’re keeping the winner a secret until Sunday!

But I can reveal the eleven other local snappers who will feature in our calendar.

They are Kirk Lothian, Carluke; Susan West of Nemphlar; Elizabeth McDonald of Biggar; Donald Thompson of Carstairs; David Spinks of Stockbridge; Elaine McLuckie of Forth; Maria Park of Law; Shian Thomson of Lanark; John Barclay of Crawford; Robin Brown of Lesmahagow; and Lesley Henderson of Lanark.

You will have to buy the calendar to find out which pictures we’ve chosen though!

And don’t forget to go along to the Expo this Sunday from 10am to 4pm – it will be well worth a visit!
