Lanark Dance Rite members go for scholarships
FOUR members of a Lanark dance group are in with a chance of claiming a prestigious dance scholarship next month.
Leah Gill, Jazz Gordon, Natalie Hamilton and Jenna Stewart, from the Dance Rite School, will compete in the 2013 BATD Jazz Scholarships in Doncaster next month.
Only 75 children out of thousands throughout the UK were selected to compete at the event and Dance Rite principal Sarah Forbes is desperate to see the girls strut their stuff in Doncaster.
