Lanark Museum launches 2013 annual exhibition

FOPS, flying machines and the famously fast might sum up what’s in this year’s Annual Exhibition at Lanark Museum.

With no single theme this year, the Museum has decided to settle into its new home in the Lanark YMCA building with a general showcase of the Royal Burgh’s treasures, the only thing they have in common being that they are ALL of enormous local interest.

The display runs from now until September 28, open every Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 11am to 4pm.

Admission is free but a donation of any size to the totally voluntarily-run museum would be most welcome.
