

Seventeen-year-old Shereen and her Neon Jungle band mates were celebrating as new single, the aptly-named Braveheart, reached number four on Sunday’s Top 40 countdown.
This chart position betters debut single Trouble’s 12th place.

Shereen believes that 2014 is going to be a big year for her and band mates Amira McCarthy, Jess Plummer and Asami Zdrenka.
She said: “Everything so far has been amazing. Braveheart has been doing so well in the chart – I definitely think 2014 is going to be our year.
“It’s a really upbeat song and when I first heard it I couldn’t believe that we were going to record it. I was over the moon.”
