Lanark’s Lauren Sergeant lands top modelling contract

THE face of a Lanark lass is about to become one of the most recognisable in the country but 22-year-old Lauren Sergeant is far more than just a pretty face.

In fact, when the Gazette talked to her this week, it wasn’t the top national modelling contract she’d just landed that was uppermnost in her mind – but her forthcoming university graduation.

“I’ve nearly completed my course in forensic science at Glasgow Caledonian University so it’s been a busy time for me,” she said.
