Milton Grange staff receive recognition
RECOGNITION has been paid to three veteran workers at Carluke’s Milton Grange Nursing Home for their dedication in each completing 25 years of service.
Christine Paton (63), Marion Toner (64) and 62-year-old Margaret Weir were presented with bouquets of flowers by manager Martin Creaney and special guest Ian Peacock, the home’s original owner.
“For these three women to have worked at the home since it first opened on February 6, 1988 was absolutely remarkable,” Martin said.
“They have shown great loyalty and are all very caring people who have gone above and beyond their duties to help the residents.”
