Piatti Quartet to play at Biggar
ONE of the UK’s leading young string quartets will be delighting fans in Biggar on Thursday, February 21.
The Piatti String Quartet were the only British quartet chosen to participate in the prestigious London International String Quartet competition last year.
They will be appearing at the Municipal Hall as guests of the music club.
Biggar Music Club secretary Margaret Filshie is looking forward to welcoming the talented foursome to the town.
