Wedding dresses to go on display

For the culmination of Williamwood Church's 80th anniversary celebrations the church it is holding a display of wedding dresses.

All the dresses have been worn over the decades either by brides married in Williamwood Parish Church or by members, or relatives of members, from our congregation.

On display will be around 25 wedding dresses highlighting the change in style over the decades.

Each dress will have wedding day photos of the brides. You may even recognise some of them!

The display will take place during the week beginning Monday, June 18.

Why not come along either between 10am and 1pm or between 7.30pm and 8.30pm during the week of the display. An event not to be missed!

Williamwood Church is very grateful to Marks and Spencer (Silverburn), Cardonald College and Academy Uniforms for lending the church mannequins for the event.
