100-day countdown to Commonwealth Games

LAST Thursday marked the 100-day countdown to the start of Glasgow’s Commonwealth Games.

And South Lanarkshire Leisure & Culture (SLLC) marked the event with a Commonwealth Games themed ‘Game On’ session for South Lanarkshire’s Primary School pupils in the Clydesdale area.

To promote, educate and celebrate the forthcoming Games, led by qualified sports coaches, the young P1 – P7 pupils had the opportunity to try out a wide range of sports in a fun environment.
