Andrew Blackburn baldly goes...for SSPCA!

RAISING funds for Scottish animal protection charity the SSPCA really was a hair-raising experience for Andrew Blackburn – for he let Sinead McQuade shave off all his long ginger locks, leaving him bald.

Sinead, a 21-year-old beauty therapist and model, persuaded Andrew to sacrifice his hair, and talked three other young men into letting her wax parts of their bodies!

“Andrew is a good friend of the family and he kindly volunteered,” said Sinead, from Braidwood.

Joining Andrew in the Crown public house in Carluke were Sinead’s brother Liam, and her friend Leigh Fairgrieve, who got their chests waxed, and Romes Walters, whose legs were waxed.
