Appeal after family kitten vanishes

Valerie Williams’ pet cat vanished from the Mailing Avenue area of the town last night (Thursday, October 6).

Valerie posted on public Facebook site Bishopbriggs, Kirkintilloch & Lenzie: “Can anyone local keep an eye out, please.

“Maybe have a look in your garage or shed if it has been opened since last night.

“She is microchipped but won’t keep a collar on.

“She has only started to go out since being spayed and rarely goes past the garden. She never goes out.

Valerie added: “She has been gone since last night and we’re really worried.”
