Appeal for help to trace missing Thornliebank man

Officers are appealing for assistance in tracing a 26 year-old man who is missing from Thornliebank.

Mohammed Akimi (26) owas last seen by staff at Leverndale Hospital at around 12.50pm on Thursday, February 7 2019.

He is described as around 5ft 8 inches in height and of slim build with short black hair and a full beard.

When he was last seen he was wearing a black waterproof jacket, dark blue jeans and black boots.

Sergeant Emma Wright of Pollok Police Office is appealing to anyone with any information on Mr Akimi’s whereabouts to contact her office through 101 quoting reference number 1766 of 7th February 2019.
