Banking on plant power
The employees from the Bank of Scotland branch visited Mavisbank Care Centre in the town to help spruce up their gardens.
They visited as part of the bank’s volunteering programme “Day To Make A Difference”.

Hide AdThe programme encourages employees to spend at least one day a year helping out in their local community.
The team of seven worked together to paint and plant, much to the appreciation of the residents and care centre staff.
Mavisbank centre manager Alan MacDonald said: “We would like to thank the bank staff for their hard work. It really does make a difference.”
