Bearsden man sentenced to 60 hours community service
A Bearsden man pleaded guilty to a charge under the Criminal Justic and Licensing Act 2010 section 38 - '˜threatening or abusive behaviour' - yesterday (Thursday, June 15) at Dumbarton Sheriff Court.
At the intermediate diet hearing Sean Thomas Fleming was sentenced to a community payback order of 60 hours, to be completed within four months.
