Ella (14), a current member and leader of the National Children’s Orchestra of Great Britain, interviews renowned Scottish violinist Nicola Benedetti about her time with the NCO and how it helped her career.
She was delighted to be flown down to the Classic FM studios in London where she met her musical heroine.

Ella has been a member of the NCO since she was nine-years-old and she was recently selected to lead the orchestra at a concert in Bristol.
She is a pupil at the High School of Glasgow.
Director of Music at the school Sarah Stuart said: “This is an immense achievement which puts Ella firmly on the map as one of the UK’s top violinists for her age group.”
