Biggar Marches 2013 Slideshow

An impressive 130 Cornets Club members from Biggar and five other clubs – including Lanark – rode their horses for 22 miles in yet another local event where glorious weather added to the atmosophere.

New Biggar Cornet Paul, a mechanic at J and J Campsie in Biggar, was sashed by Daphne Chad at the Municipal Hall in a ceremony which also saw Alan Rae, of Biggar, sashed as Cornet Elect for 2014.
