Calls for Biggar Primary Judicial Review
THOSE opposing the plans for the new primary school in Biggar intend to call for a Judicial Review of the original planning decision.
They intend to challenge the granting of planning permission in the courts.
Solicitors acting for one of the protesters, Jim O’Neill, have written to South Lanarkshire Council.
