Carluke butcher raises funds for ChildLine

CARLUKE butcher, Ramsay of Carluke, has cooked up a mouth-watering sausage recipe to raise funds for national children’s charity ChildLine – and to toast a special anniversary.

The champagne-based Buck’s Fizz banger, brainchild of Andrew Ramsay, is on sale at the shop for a fortnight, with 10 pence from every pound of sausages sold being donated to ChildLine.

“It is a very worthwhile cause,” said Andrew.
