Carluke Gala Queen Chantelle Aitken was crowned as family and friends looked on.

This year’s Crowning Lady Christine Hare was on hand to crown Chantelle in front of a huge crowd who were bathed in glorious sunshine.

It was a day that Chantelle, her Champion Darrell Hill and the rest of the 2013 Gala Court will never forget.
