Anita (46), of Unitas Crescent, zoomed along at 500ft during the daredevil charity stunt – raising £1000 for Maggie’s Centre – in Gloucestershire on June 25.

She said: “I only got two bits of advice before take off. I received a health and safety lecture warning what I should do if the plane caught fire in mid air. And it was also explained to me how to open my harness when hitting the ground for my landing.
