Celtic supporters' bus fire after Old Firm derby 'may have been caused by vandalism', says coach firm
A fire that engulfed a Celtic supporters' bus may have been an act of vandalism, according to the coach firm
A bus taking fans home from the Old Firm derby in Glasgow caught fire on Sunday, sparking a large emergency response.

Celtic fans escaped the blaze which engulfed the bus, owned by McLean’s Coaches, following their team's 1-0 home defeat to Rangers in the afternoon.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) received a report of a single-decker passenger coach on fire at Clyde Gateway, outside the Emirates Arena, around 2.25pm on Sunday.

Two appliances were sent to the scene.
In a statement released later on Sunday, a spokesperson for McLean’s Coaches said they had reason to suspect that the fire “may have been caused by vandalism”.
“We understand there were passengers onboard at the time, including families and young children, and fully appreciate how frightening the incident must have been for everyone involved. Thankfully, everyone was able to get off the coach safely.
“Based on the initial information and images we have received, we have reason to believe the incident may have been caused by vandalism.”
The company added: “To be absolutely clear, this is not an allegation against the passengers or the supporters’ club. The matter has been reported to the relevant authorities, who are investigating the circumstances.”
McLean’s Coaches said the vehicle will undergo a full inspection.
Police Scotland have been approached for comment.
