The week’s programme saw a huge range of activities every day, most of them taking place at lunchtime.

Monday’s fundraisers included a Tug of War, a challenge to identify teachers from their infant photos, and a Battle of the Ages with female 6th year pupils taking on teachers at football.

Tuesday saw a Beat the Goalie, and hula-hooping competitions.

Thursday seemed to prove one of the highlights, when teachers lined up to be the targets of wet sponges or and pupils took their revenge!

And it was not just the teachers who ended up soaked - head teacher Mark Sherry was the target of a lot of custard!

And on Friday, November 13, the activities culminated in a concert.

Photographer Sarah Peters was on hand to capture some of the action on stage. As well as dance numbers and the usual entertainment expected in a concert, there were competitions reminiscent of the old Generation Game television programmes, to add extra fun and games to the fundraising finale.
