Church is home to summer fun

Abronhill Parish Church on Larch Road held their summer holiday club from Monday, July 29, to Friday, August 2.

This year, the theme was heroes with Moses being the main topic.

Those youngsters who took part were able to participate in a wide range of activities including storytelling and paper crafts.

Adults were also invited along to join in the fun, making it an occasion for the whole family.

The News and Chronicle photographer John Devlin visited the summer holiday club at the church on Thursday, August 1, and took some photographs of the youngsters having fun trying out the activities.
