The thief targeted Costa Coffee at Robroyston retail park. He brandished a knife at two members of staff around 10.05pm on Friday, September 16.
He left with a four-figure-sum.
Police attended the scene and no injuries were reported.
A police spokesperson said: “Officers were called to the scene after reports of a robbery at Costa Coffee in the north of Glasgow.”
“Enquiries are continuing.”
