Cops investigating ‘Gow bank robbery issue picture

DETECTIVES investigating the robbery of a bank in Lesmahagow in January have released images of a man that they wish to trace in connection with the incident.

The incident occurred around 11.55 hours on Friday January 9, at the Royal Bank of Scotland, Abbeygreen, Lesmahagow.

The male is described as white, 5ft 10 – 6ft tall, slim build, in his early 20s and he was wearing a grey cotton tracksuit with a black scarf covering his lower face.

He was also carrying a black backpack on his back.

Detectives at Wishaw Police Office are keen to speak to anyone who recognises the man in the image or who has any information regarding the incident.
