Could missing Ben Caplan be in Cumbernauld?

Thirty-year-old Ben Caplan disappeared from Caerleon on December 7 and police have pursued several lines of enquiry including searches of the River Usk,

A reader has asked this newspaper to extend the appeal as Ben has friends and family in the Cumbernauld area.

Ben is described as white, 5ft 9in tall, with shoulder length brown hair and tattoos on both arms, as well as his back and chest.

Anyone with information is asked to call the police on 101 and quoting log number 295 08/12/13.
