Lennoxtown man, 50, stabbed in raid
A Lennoxtown man was stabbed at the door of his Main Street home after answering his door to two would-be robbers in the early hours.
The 50-year-old was treated at Glasgow Royal Infirmary after the attack at 5.30am on Wednesday (November 9).
No property was stolen during the incident, which is being treated as an assault with intent to rob.
Police have appealed for anyone with information of the crime to contact them by dialling 101.
