Newhouse accident man was six times over the limit
Police attended the scene of an accident on the M8 at Newhouse on Saturday - then arrested a motorist.
The 32-year-old male was identified as being responsible for a number of road traffic offences around 10.50am but the matter did not end there.
For he was found to be six times over the legal alcohol limit - and taken into custody to appear at court.
