Third man charged after death of Robert Cunningham of Kirkintilloch
A third man has been charged in connection with the death of a man in Kirkintilloch.
Robert Cunningham, (29) died on Monday, August 25 after an incident within a property on Braehead Street in the town on Saturday, 22 August.
A 35-year-old man has now been arrested and charged in connection with the incident. He is due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Wednesday, 26 August.
Two men - aged 31 and 28 - were previously charged and appeared in court on Tuesday, 25 August.
