Following a gruelling rehearsal period, he now performs on stage with Michael Flatley in new show Dangerous Games.

Teacher Donna Marie Boyle — a former lead dancer in Riverdance — says she takes great pride in “coaching Declan towards following his dream.

“He has now reached the pinnacle of any Irish dancer’s career by training and dancing with Michael Flatley. We’re so proud of him.”

For any budding young dancers hoping to follow in Declan’s footsteps, the Irish dancing school is now enrolling for the start of a new term.
