Destination Clarkston for SNP ceilidh

The fight may not be over yet, but SNP supporters gathered at Clarkston Halls recently to let off steam with a dance, courtesy of the St Roch’s Ceilidh Band.

East Renfrewshire candidate welcomed SNP deputy leader Stewart Hosie, who commented that he was “delighted to support Kirsten’s campaign.

“Electing a strong group of SNP MPs to Westminster will ensure that we can influence not just a strong economy but a fairer society underpinning a growing economy.”

The East Ren hopeful thanked local supporters for an ongoing team effort, and added: “This is a crucial election for East Renfrewshire. There is a real choice for local people.

“If they elect me, they get a strong candidate with a focus on East Ren, and a commitment to serve the full term of parliament, representing all of their views and concerns.”
