Developments approved for Carnwath’s Kersewell Estate

TWO new developments on the Kersewell Estate in Carnwath have been given the go-ahead by the council’s planning committee.

The committee gave its consent for an application for 36 homes to be built on a three hectare site on the Estate to the north of Kersewell Avenue.

Applicant Angus McRae was given the green light by planners despite seven letters of objections.
