A spokesman told The Extra: “In three separate incidences, a purse, a handbag and a rucksack with personal goods and around £200 in cash have been stolen. The thief or thieves broke into the cars as the goods were left on display in the car or on the seat or dashboard. These thefts are opportunistic and preventable. Don’t leave good on display in your car.”
