Otto disappeared on a walk with his owner at 11am, they turned around and he had “vanished”, and as they only moved to Lanark in October he is unfamiliar with his surroundings.

The Brindle Staffordshire Bull Terrier with four white paws is said to be very friendly, but is slighty deaf and has a heart condition

A K9 team did manage to pick up a scent but was unable to locate him, while a search with a drone also proved unsuccessful.

Anyone walking through the Clyde Valley is urged to keep their eyes peeled for Otto and if they spot him to call 07971 672019 or 07739 200068.
