Council says it has heeded public demand in regard to Wardpark Amenity tip

Users of Wardpark Amenity tip are being made aware that North Lanarkshire Council has made a change to the system -in line with public demand.

The council says it has responded to requests which would allow patrons to use an online system to book in vans and trailers to the centres if they are having a clear-out.

This will enable users to pick both a location and a time slot that’s suitable for them – and it extends to every tip within NLC’s boundaries, if this is a more convenient stop-off point for any rea son.

It is stressed however that the service is for residential waste only and business and commercial waste will not be accepted.
