Facelift for mural that's timeless symbol of Cumbernauld
The famed doves mural in Tarbolton Road, created by Cumbernauld Development Artist Brian Miller, has been saved for the next generation after Sanctuary Cumbernauld staff gave it a fresh paint job last week.
The simple but powerful mural has been a symbol of growing up in Cumbernauld for decades. Brian’s widow Mae said: “It looks fantastic. All the Miller family and friends are delighted that this has been done.”
