Kirkintilloch East MP Stuart McDonald supported National Fitness Day last week by wearing fitness tracking devices to highlight the benefits of regular physical activity.
He wore a Myzone MZ-3 heart-rate monitor belt, from not-for-profit health body UKactive, to monitor his own fitness levels.
