Free money advice at council HQs
A NEW welfare and money drop-in service is running in East Renfrewshire.
The council’s money advice staff will be in Barrhead every Tuesday and Eastwood each Thursday to help with benefit forms, appeals, budgeting and debt problems.
The free drop in clinics — at Barrhead council office and Eastwood HQ — will run 9am-1pm and 2-4pm.
An appointment service is also available at Eastwood HQ on a Monday — call 0800 052 1023 for info.
