Fun day at Bishopbriggs promises to be best ever

The largest ever slide in Bishopbriggs will be just one of the attractions at this year’s Woodhill Family Fun Day.

The event which has been held in Etive Park for the past nine years, will have a new selection of bouncy castles and slides as well as the ever popular Super Bungee.

Woodhill Resident’ Group who organise the event will also have rugby drills with Allan Glens coming along to work with the children.

Commenting on the event, Woodhill Residents’ Group Chair, Donald Macdonald said, “This is shaping up to be the biggest ever Woodhill Family Fun Day. With our new bouncy castles and slides, face painting and Super Bungee, we will be putting on the biggest event in Bishopbriggs this year. The success of the event will allow us to start work on our Etive Project which will see a community orchard trail being established across Woodhill and Auchinairn.”

The Fun Day starts at 1pm until 3pm this Sunday.
